St Peter's Church
Postcode NP44 7AS
Nowadays the church seems a long way out of the centre of the village, but if you look at a map of the actual parish boundaries of Henllys, it is quite central.
It is an ancient stone-built church dating from the 13th century in a location which was certainly a place of worship long before that.

Both the building and the churchyard breathe peace and sacred space.
The worship here is both traditional and contemporary. Services are held as follows:
1st Sunday: Wholeness & Healing Service with Eucharist at 6.00pm
2nd Sunday: Eucharist at 11am.
3rd Sunday: Evensong at 6.00pm
4th Sunday: Eucharist at 11am
5th Sunday: Eucharist at 11am
There are occasionally evening and weekday services, too, and the church is very popular for baptisms and weddings. If you have any questions about weddings, baptisms or services please contact: Reverend Graham Opperman on 01633 861978.
